  MEETING NOTICE - Annual AYLL Coaches/Team Administrators Meeting
The annual AYLL coaches meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on November 11, 2009 at the Mesa Hilton. The Mesa Hilton is located just north and east of the Alma School/US 60 intersection. The meeting is open to all coaches and team administrators.

  ANNOUNCEMENT – Name Change
The AYLL 5th/6th Grade League has been changed to the AYLL 6th Grade and Under League. The name change reflects the AYLL’s interest in broadening overall participation in youth lacrosse.

  ANNOUNCEMENT – 6th Grade and Under Eligibility
The AYLL 6th Grade and Under League is open to all players who are in the 6th grade or lower (younger). Please note that in the interests of player safety and the recognition of the potential for relative size disparity at this age level, the AYLL reserves the absolute right to determine individual player eligibility regardless of age. 6th graders are also eligible for the AYLL traditional JHS league and, where appropriate, are encouraged to participate in both leagues.

  DEADLINE – 6th Grade and Under Declaration
Those organizations who intend to field a team in the 2010 AYLL 6th Grade and under league, must formally declare that intent no later than Noon, November 10, 2009. This can be accomplished by sending an e-mail, declaring your intent to field such a team, to either newteam@azlax.com, or president@azlax.com. The purpose of this declaration is to assist the AYLL with organizational and scheduling issues. The formal team registration process including payment of team fees is outlined below.

Team fees, for all teams in the new 2010 AYLL 6th Grade and under league will be $750.00 per team. The formal (written) 2010 AYLL team registration deadline is December 1, 2009. Registration forms can be found at http://www.azlax.com/lou/TeamRegistration.xls

Each registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable check in the amount of $250.00 which will apply toward the 2010 team fee. The $500 balance of the 2010 team fee will be due on or before January 15, 2010.
