| MEETING NOTICE - Annual AYLL Coaches/Team Administrators Meeting |

On-line registration is open for the upcoming 2010 AYLL lacrosse season. Every player, coach and team administrator must register on-line in order to be eligible for participation in AYLL games or team practices during the 2010 AYLL lacrosse season. Failure to follow this rule will result in game forfeiture.

| REMINDER – Team Registration and Payment Deadline |

6th Grade and Under: The 2010 AYLL team registration deadline, for those organizations wishing to field a team in the newly formed AYLL 6th Grade and under league, is December 1, 2009. Your registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable check in the amount of $250.00 which will apply toward your 2010 team fee. The balance of your 2010 team fee will be due on or before January 15, 2010.
Junior High School Teams: The balance of your 2010 team fee will be due on or before December 15, 2009.
High School Teams: The 2010 AYLL team registration deadline, for all junior varsity or varsity high school teams, is December 15, 2009. Your registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable check in the amount of $750.00 which will apply toward your 2010 team fee. The balance of your team fee will be due on or before February 15, 2009.
