All players, coaches, and team administrators must be registered on AYLL website and all must have a current US Lacrosse membership.

Please Note:
If a player is going to play on a 6th Grade and Under team as well as his respective junior high team, he must be registered for both teams.

Each team's liability insurance is contingent upon ALL players and coaches maintaining a current USL membership for practices and games. All players or coaches must be registered and approved 48 hours before a game. Failure to do so could result in forfeiture of games.

Coaches and team administrators should have received their user name and password in order to register your team on azlax.com, complete the ref evaluations, obtain team rosters, and complete the schedule change request if needed. If you have not received the user name and password, contact Jule Dionne at juledionne@aol.com

Liability insurance thru Bollinger must be renewed at the beginning of each year. Go to bollingerlax.com to obtain your certificate of insurance which must be on file with the appropriate school districts and/or parks and rec department.

As discussed at the annual meeting, players rosters and registration printouts (obtained from azlax.com administration area) must be placed at the front of the score book. The health and safety form and scorer's table responsibility sheet must also be at the front of the book. Both forms can be found on the website under information and forms.

Referee evaluations must be completed 48 hours after midnight of game day. Again, user name and password are needed to complete the evaluation.

Failure to complete the referee evaluation will result in a 3 minute Non Releasable penalty at the beginning of the next game.

Make sure your contact information found on the website under information and coaches is current. Likewise, contact information found on arbitersports.com must be up to date.

  ARBITER – Scheduling information
The Arbiter is the official schedule. Officials are assigned from the Arbiter site. Double check the schedule on azlax with the schedule on the Arbiter and notify Jule Dionne at juledionne@aol.com of any discrepancies.

If you are playing on a new field not currently listed on the azlax.com website, please contact Lou Kissling at L_Kissling@msn.com with field name, address, and directions prior to the beginning of the season.

The junior high schedule is posted on the Arbiter and will be on azlax very soon, if not by the time you receive this notification. If changes have been made that are not listed on the Arbiter or azlax schedule, the change is not official and therefore, referees have not been scheduled. Double check the schedule, looking for your proposed changes. If the changes have not been made, a schedule change must be requested. Any schedule change request must be submitted on the schedule change request form found on the website. Go to administration area, log in, type in user name and password, go to game reschedule. The request form must be completed in its entirety, including contacting the opposing coach prior to submitting the form or any changes requested will not be considered.

STATISTICS - JH and U6 leagues
Stats are not to be entered for junior high and 6th grade and Under teams.

As per the annual meeting, each team is responsible for having a first aid kit available on the sidelines. EMT's will not be provided by the AYLL.

Do not hesitate to contact the Board if you have any questions. Happy New Year and best wishes for a great 2010 season.
